The email came the day before "your move will start tomorrow between 7 and 8 am." 8:15 the next day I call and the dispatch says "we don't have you scheduled". Great, because I HAD to be out in two days. The next day Ray, Derrick and Brendon (the RBD brothers) showed up, did a perfect pick up and moved it all into my condo, on time and on target.
